Corundum ceramic crucible series: suitable for all kinds of laboratory metal, non-metal sample analysis and melting materials. Crucible series - for laboratory and various industrial analysis
Characteristics of alumina crucible corundum porcelain crucible:
1). High purity: Al2O3 > 99%, good chemical corrosion resistance
2). Good temperature resistance, use for a long time at 1600 ℃, 1800 ℃ in the short term
3). Good resistance to cold and heat, and do not easy to crack.
4). High density of grouting.
Matters needing attention
1. It is recommended to put the crucible into the oven at about 100℃ for 120 minutes to remove moisture when it is first used.
2. Corundum crucible can not use gasoline spray gun, acetylene gun or alcohol blowtorch direct heating, avoid the crucible heating uneven rupture.
3 crucible and heating body (such as: carbon tube, silicon molybdenum rod, heating wire) distance should be more than 2 cm.
4. The bottom of the crucible should not contact directly with the bottom of the furnace as far as possible. It is recommended to use corundum pieces and other temperature resistant objects to form convective airflow on the overhead to prolong the service life of the crucible.
