Warranty and returns policy

We are always applying ourselves to better our service for all our valued customers. Following are some questions our Warranty and Returns Policy:

1. This item is ALL BRAND NEW and in the original factory box and packing, all products have been checked and packaged in good condition before dispatch.

2. The images shown are not the actual item and are for your reference only.

3. Normally we provide 3 years warranty for consumer to our LED lights. If the led lights were broken in two years due to quality issues, we will repair it for free. (Excluding items damaged or misused after receipt).

4. Before returning goods, please contacts us first to discuss the issues you are having. Meanwhile please tell us what the defect is, to eliminate improper use. 90% of the time we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without you having to send anything back.

5. If there are irremediable defects with the devices, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our twelve months warranty.

6. Generally, we advise you to return faulty goods by sending them through the Post Office and EMS rather than using couriers like DHL, UPS, FEDEX and TNT. Normally it will take 7-15 days to return goods to us by Post Office or EMS.

7. Return shipping fee be responsible from buyer.
